The KEM-TRON 40' HMI mobile dewatering system is the ultimate in “Clear Water” closed loop systems.  The key to this system is KEM-TRON's years of experience and know-how in designing and building closed loop systems that has enabled KEM-TRON to incorporate automation and PLC-based controls into the system in order to simplify the dewatering process. This reduces the dewatering systems dependence on very highly skilled operators to maintain and manually adjust the closed loop system, thereby allowing rig operators to achieve the high level of solids control they need. 

It is however the KEM-TRON 40’ HMI dewatering unit’s ability to produce reusable and immensely valuable “Clear Water” that truly distinguishes KEM-TRON's closed loop systems from all it’s “Gray Water” competitors.  This “Clear Water” is available for reuse as dilution in the drilling mud or disposal depending on the process of dewatering and environmental parameters.

The 40' HMI DW system includes all the components of our standard dewatering unit with the high speed centrifuge, effluent tank and progressive cavity pump all mounted inside the unit.  The 40' HMI DW unit can transported overseas or on land as a standard hi-cube container.
